Delete in the app (instant)

Open Momentum OS and go to Settings → Account.
Make sure you're signed in, then tap Delete account…
Confirm with Permanently delete. Your account and all synced data are removed immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Send an email to support@momentumstreak.com with the subject "Delete my Momentum OS account".
Send it from the email address you signed in with (this is how we verify the account is yours — we never store passwords).
We will delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything associated with it on our servers:

Your sign-in account (email, user ID)
Your profile: display name, friend code, and friend connections — including the profile photo file itself, deleted from storage
Leaderboard entries: weekly XP totals, momentum (streak) length, workout and days-logged counts
Recipes and training programs you shared with the community, and your votes
Your private cloud backup — the daily snapshot of your workouts, meals, weigh-ins, health metrics, supplements and goals

Contact matching stores nothing to delete: if you ever used "Find friends from contacts", only one-way hashes of email addresses were sent for comparison and discarded — your address book was never uploaded.

This cannot be undone.

Data stored on your device

Momentum OS is local-first: your workouts, meals, weigh-ins, and history live on your device, and — while you are signed in — in a private cloud backup that only your account can read. Deleting the account deletes that backup; to erase the on-device copy as well, open the app and use Settings → Data → Reset all local data, or simply uninstall the app.

Partial deletion

If you want to remove specific data without closing the account (for example, un-share a recipe or leave the leaderboard), email us at the same address and tell us what to remove — or sign out in Settings to stop syncing entirely.

Data retention

We keep no backups of deleted accounts beyond our infrastructure provider's standard short-lived backups, which expire automatically. We do not sell or share your data; see the full Privacy Policy.
